The deadline for submission of the Integrated Vocational Assignments (IVAs) to the CVQO at Frimley Park is 25th February.
This is 1 month earlier than last year, no doubt because they expect to be deluged with submissions. It is most important that cadets who registered in 2003 and either did not submit an IVA last year or submitted one which did not reach the required standard, do so this time.
Effectively this means them being received at Wing HQ by the 14th February. This will allow them to be checked before posting.
However, Squadrons may submit them direct to CVQO providing you ensure they are complete and fully signed. Information about the way they are to be submitted is given in the red IVA folder that was sent to each Squadron to give to each participating cadet. The completed IVA must be submitted in that red plastic folder and not anything else.
